Many companies that receive your shipments today work in the "home office" mode. In this regard, we often find it impossible to deliver your shipments to the address specified in the invoice. But we understand that the shipment is necessary for your recipients. Therefore, for the period from March 30 to April 3, we offer you to use the additional service "city Forwarding" for free. How it will be implemented:

1. Our delivery office employee will contact your recipient and specify the delivery address.

2. If the delivery address differs from the address specified in the shipment waybill, delivery will be made to the address specified by the recipient. Delivery will be made the next day (excluding Saturday and Sunday) after the call to the recipient.

A necessary condition for providing this service is that the recipient has a power of attorney to receive correspondence.

Delivery is made in contactless mode.

If delivery is not possible, the shipment is accepted by us for safekeeping. In this case, we have  extended the free storage period from 3 to 14 calendar days for the period from March 30 to April 12.
